Use this option to start a tournament session using the existing tournament characteristics which entail: the total number of games to be played and the identity of the opponents. See the Help entries for <BD>Number of Games</BD> and <BD>Who Plays</BD> for more information about adjusting the mentioned characteristics.
Choosing <BD>Start Tournament</BD> from the <BD>Actions</BD> menu changes this menu item into <BD>End Tournament</BD> and brings up the <BD>Contest</BD> window which displays the winning scores per player. Winning scores are updated when a game is won and if there are more games remaining to be played the board is automatically rearranged for the subsequent match.
To terminate a tournament session in progress all you need to do is select the <BD>End Tournament</BD> option.
